Return Process

  Securely pack the unused item in its original manufacturer's box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Lamarsa

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our designated service center using a tracked courier service to ensure safe arrival.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
